I have a great idea for an item. Can you make it for me?

While we can't make any guarantees, we'd love to talk to you and see if what we can do. If you have an idea for an item send a message to cassie@salemsupplyco.com and describe what you're looking for along with your name and phone number. We'll do our best to respond within 48 hours.


In house we have the following equipment: industrial laser, sublimation equipment, direct-to-garment printer, short run stationery printer, short run sticker printer. We also have accounts with professional printers for larger run items.

Shipping

 Where do you ship?

Currently we ship only within the United States. All orders ship via USPS First Class or Priority Mail with tracking. International shipping may be available in the future. Please be sure that you check your address when placing an order, we are not responsible for incorrectly entered mailing address and delays or package loss that can happen because of it.

How long does an order take to arrive? 

All items are made to order and take 5-7 business days to create. Transit times vary depending on the USPS. Most first class packages arrive within 1 week of mailing, but these times are not guaranteed. Priority mail typically arrives within 3-5 days, but these times are not guaranteed. Please remember that the shipping time does not include the time it takes to produce your order.


If you need something with guaranteed delivery dates, please message cassie@salemsupplyco.com prior to placing your order. We can help you determine if your item will arrive on time and look for alternate shipping methods if necessary. We are not responsible for getting your item to you by a certain date unless we have talked to you directly and have chosen a guaranteed delivery method.

What do I do if I don’t receive my order?

If your order does not arrive during the USPS delivery window, please send us an email to cassie@salemsupplyco.com. We will check your tracking and contact the USPS as necessary to find your package. Please keep in mind that with the pandemic shipping times have been running longer than usual with delays that we cannot control.

Returns

What items are eligible for return?

Due to the handmade, made-to-order nature of our items we do not currently offer returns or exchanges unless there is a defect in the item.


If you receive a defective item please take photos of the item and the packaging and send them to cassie@salemsupplyco.com. All defective claims must be made within 7 days of delivery. We will provide you with a return shipping label for the item and will either refund or exchange upon return of the defective merchandise.


Please do not dispose of your defective item or it's packaging, items that are not returned are not eligible for a refund or exchange. Often USPS requires the packaging to file a claim for items damaged in transit so it is very important to hold on to your original packaging.

I wanted my item for a gift, it arrived too late. I'd like a refund.

While we are so sorry that your item arrived later than you expected, unfortunately we do not refund or exchange due to a later arrival than expected.
